Who we are

Rashtriya Rojgar Prashikshan Shodh Sansthan – National Institute of Employment, Training and Research (NETRI) – Jaipur based ek society hai jo Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 ke under registered hai aur “no profit – no loss” principle par kaam karti hai.

NETRI aur iska sister organisation Institute of Skill Development milkar Rajasthan bhar me education, training, research, consultancy aur counselling ke zariye workers, youth, women aur worker organisations ko empower karte hain. Hamara focus hai ki har parivar ko rozgaar, skill aur dignity ke sath joda ja sake.

What we do

NETRI various Government & Non-Government funded skill development programs ke through youth ko employable banane, industries ko productive banane aur communities ko self-reliant banane ka kaam karta hai.

Skill Development Programs

Organisations ke saath milkar Training Need Analysis (TNA) karte hain, phir industry-oriented vocational courses design karte hain jo youth ko job-ready skills dete hain.

Employment Through Training

NETRI ne Institute of Leadership Development (ILD), Jaipur ke sath Skill Training Provider (STP) ke roop me DAY–NULM ke EST&P programs conduct kiye, jisse sheharon ke urban poor youth ko training & placement support mila.

CSR & Community Initiatives

Free food distribution (6000 beneficiaries during COVID), sweaters & blankets distribution, tree plantation, blood donation camps, women ke liye handicraft training jaise kai CSR projects regular basis par organize kiye jaate hain.

Financial & Career Awareness

50+ colleges me career counselling & self development seminars (5000 students), MSMEs ke liye financial awareness programs, jisse lagbhag 1000 small industries ko bank finance aur schemes ka benefit mila.

Our Journey

Foundation se le kar large scale CSR programs, job fairs aur state-wide initiatives tak, NETRI ka safar rozgaar, skill aur samaj sewa ko ek saath lekar chalne ka safar raha hai.

Yahan kuch important milestones dikhaaye gaye hain jo hamare kaam ki direction aur impact ko define karte hain.

  • 2017–18
    Empanelment as Skill Training Provider

    NETRI ko Institute of Leadership Development (ILD), Jaipur dwara Skill Training Provider (STP) ke roop me empanel kiya gaya jisse DAY–NULM ke Employment Through Skill Training & Placement (EST&P) programs conduct kiye gaye.

  • 2019–20
    City Livelihood Centre (CLC) Partnership

    Directorate of Local Bodies (DLB), Local Self Govt. (LSG), Govt. of Rajasthan ke City Livelihood Centre (CLC) ke saath milkar urban communities ke liye aur bhi training & placement initiatives chalaye gaye.

  • 2020–22
    Major CSR & Social Impact Activities

    COVID ke dauran 6000 logon ko free food, 140 balika vidyalaya ki students ko sweaters, “Safalta Aapki Mutthi Mein” jaise career seminars, 500 trees plantation, street vendors ko blankets aur 120 units blood collection jaise kai impactful programs execute kiye gaye.

    Job Fairs, MSME Support & Women Empowerment

    Bansur (Alwar) me 5000 youth ke liye job fair, 30 companies ka participation, 1000 se adhik youth ko employment; 1000 se zyada small/traditional industries ko financial awareness; Jawahar Nagar slum me women ko handicraft production sikhakar self-help groups se jodna – ye sab hamare recent initiatives ka hissa rahe.

National Institute of Employment, Training and Research (NETRI) ki shuruat ek simple vichaar se hui – aise platforms banana jo training, counselling, research aur rozgaar ko ek sutra me baandh sakein. Aaj hamari team Rajasthan ke kai shetron me skill development, livelihood promotion aur CSR projects ke through ground par kaam kar rahi hai.

Hum maante hain ki sahi samay par milne wala career guidance, financial awareness aur employability skills kai gharon ko garibi se bahar nikaal sakte hain. Aap sabhi students, parents, community leaders, industries aur CSR partners ka sahyog hi hamari sabse badi taakat hai.
